Due to low overhead costs and a commitment to providing
quality service at economical rates, I aim to provide the best value in town
for fully-licensed computer service and repair. All services are backed by my Satisfaction Guarantee.
Quick-Fix – Occasionally a problem can be fixed very
quickly and if there are not any other issues needing attention there is will
be a flat fee of just $40 as long as the fix takes less than 15 minutes.
First Hour – The first hour of service is a flat fee of just $60. The majority of problems can be solved within
an hour and if there is time remaining after the problem is fixed, I would be
glad to perform some regular maintenance or answer some general questions until
the hour is complete.
Each Additional Half Hour – After the first hour, each
additional half hour is billed at a fee of $25.
Maximum – The maximum total fee will not be more than $160
unless a complete system overhaul is needed. A complete system overhaul would be a case in which data is backed up,
an operating system is reinstalled, and the backed up data is transferred back
onto the system. This is an extreme case
and rates will vary on a case by case basis.
Training / Assistance - Training for using your computer and assistance with particular computer-related projects are available. Rates will vary based on the project and/or the amount of time that will be required.
Emergency Call – Any service calls that require immediate
attention or after-hours service will be billed at a flat fee of $40 and a fee
of $40 for each half hour of service. Emergency
calls are service calls that require work to be done outside of regular
operating hours of Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. You will be notified prior to scheduling a call if you will be billed at this rate.
THERE WILL BE NO SURPRISE BILLING!
Discounts may be given based on the frequency of service calls.
Rates are based on travel distance of 15 miles
or less, additional travel fee may apply for outlying areas.
